The Miami Heat return to the hardwood tomorrow night, again at the AAA, against the Memphis Grizzlies.  The Grizzlies are a very tough team, and have been adjusting to life after trading their best player, Rudy Gay, for salary reasons.  Memphis comes into Miami riding an eight-game winning streak, while Miami has won 12 in a row, the second-longest winning streak in team history.  Friday’s game will be televised on Sun Sports and ESPN.  The Heat will then hit the road for games on Sunday afternoon in New York against the Knicks, Monday night in Minneapolis against the Minnesota Timberwolves, and Wednesday in Orlando against the Magic.

TODAY’S TRIVIA QUESTION:  LeBron James is well on his way to capturing his fourth MVP award in the last five years.  Two-part question today:

1 - Who is the only player other than LeBron to win in that span?
2 - Who was the last NBA player to capture three MVP’s in a row?

Tell you later, alligator.

In the NBA yesterday,

Sacramento 125 Orlando 101
John Salmons had 21 points, Marcus Thornton added 20

Cleveland 103 Toronto 92
Dion Walters led the way with 23 points for the Cavs, still without the services of Kyrie Irving, who missed his second straight game with a knee injury

Detroit 96 Washington 95
Jose Calderon’s layup with 1:05 left was the difference-maker.  Brandon Knight scored 32 points, Greg Monroe added 26

New York 109 Golden State 105
The Knicks got 35 points from Carmelo Anthony, JR Smith scored 26 off the bench, and Tyson Chandler grabbed a career-best 28 rebounds.  Stephen Curry scored 54 for the Warriors in the loss.

Memphis 90 Dallas 84
Marc Gasol had 21 points, 12 rebounds, and five assists.  Zach Randolph scored 22 points and pulled down 10 rebounds.

Milwaukee 110 Houston 107
Monta Ellis hit the game-winning three pointer in the closing seconds

Oklahoma City 119 New Orleans 74
Easy night for the Thunder as Kevin Durant had 18 points, 11 rebounds, and 10 assists in only three quarters.  Russell Westbrook scored 29 points.

Phoenix 105 San Antonio 101 (OT)
The Suns snapped the Spurs’ 18-game home winning streak.  Wesley Johnson hit a three-pointer at the buzzer to send the game into overtime, and Marchin Gortat’s go-ahead tip-in with just over a minute left in the extra period was the clincher.

Atlanta 102 Utah 91
Al Horford had 34 points and 15 rebounds, Josh Smith finished with 24 points and 14 boards.

Denver 111 Portland 109
Andre Miller’s go-ahead layup with 24 seconds left was the difference.  Ty Lawson scored 30 points and had six assists, Andre Iguodala added 29 points, 8 assists, 7 rebounds, and five steals.

TONIGHT IN THE NBA:

LA Clippers @ Indiana 7:00 pm
Philadelphia @ Chicago 8:00 pm TNT
Minnesota @ LA Lakers 10:30 pm TNT

In college hoops, the #5 University of Miami Hurricanes beat the Virginia Tech Hokies 76-58 to improve to 23-4 (14-1 in the ACC), and stay perfect at home, 13-0.  Shane Larkin scored 22 points and was smothering on defense against the country’s leading scorer, Erick Green, holding him to only 16 points, well below his 25.2 average.  The Canes now have to travel to #3 Duke for a game on Saturday at 6:00 pm, and you can watch that key matchup on ESPN.  A victory over Duke would clinch the Canes’ first basketball conference championship ever, and would probably put them in excellent position for a top seed in the NCAA tournament later in March.  Another team in the top ten fell yesterday, as #4 Michigan lost to Penn State 84-78.

The FIU Panthers return to the hardwood tonight, in Louisiana-Monroe, against the Warhawks.

In college baseball, the Hurricanes defeated Barry University 5-1, improving their season record to 9-0.  They will have their first true test this season as they travel to Gainesville for a three game series against the Florida Gators this weekend. FIU hosts #8 Ole Miss at the FIU Baseball stadium for a three game set this weekend.

In Major League exhibition baseball, the Marlins beat the Washington Nationals yesterday, 5-1.  Nathan Eovaldi struck out three in his 2 scoreless innings.  Donovan Solano was 2-2 with a run scored and a run batted in.  The Fish take on the Cardinals in Jupiter at 1:05 pm.  Jacob Turner will start on the mound.  A “B” game at 10:00 am between the Cards and the Marlins will feature Jose Fernandez on the mound.

Here are all the scores from yesterday’s spring training games.  You can “click” on the box scores and the recap under each individual game’s line score.

Three veteran managers may be feeling some pressure this season, as Noah Trister points out in this story:

From the Palm Beach Post’s Joe Capozzi, new SS Adeiny Hechavarria is ready for the task of replacing Jose Reyes.

Here is Marlins owner Jeffrey Loria “Letter to our Fans” that was published in the three South Florida major newspapers last weekend.

I will have a reply to Mr. Loria’s letter, and I’ll share it with you in tomorrow’s blog.

Check out this article carefully - - - Maury Brown talks Jeffrey Loria in the bizofbaseball.com

In other baseball news, Joel Sherman of the New York Post shows no love for Joba Chamberlain:

The Yankees’ Kevin Youkilis talks with Mark Feinsand of the New York Daily News regarding PED’s and cheaters in baseball:

I continue with my analysis of all 30 MLB teams as we hit spring training running.  Please allow me to introduce to you the World Champion San Francisco Giants and the Texas Rangers.

SAN FRANCISCO GIANTS 94-68  Mgr. Bruce Bochy

The World Series champs come back with almost their entire crew from last year.  They added OF Andres Torres, and relievers Sandy Rosario and Chad Gaudin.  They rewarded Marco Scutaro, Angel Pagan, and Jeremy Affeldt with new contracts.  Their pitching staff remains one of the best, if not the best, in the NL.  NL MVP Buster Posey has positioned himself among the top players in baseball.  Can Tim Lincecum return to form and can closer Sergio Romo handle a full season as the closer?

TEXAS RANGERS   93-69  Mgr. Ron Washington

After consecutive World Series appearances in 2010 and 2011, the Rangers didn’t win a playoff game last year.  That brought about some significant changes in Texas this offseason, with the departures of Josh Hamilton, Mike Napoli, and Michael Young. Also gone are pitchers Koji Uehara, Mike Adams, and Scott Feldman.  The new faces include DH-1B Lance Berkman, P’s Josh Lindstrom and Jakim Soria, and C AJ Pierzynski.  Nelson Cruz will miss 50 games with a PED suspension.  Watch for top prospects Jurickson Profar and Mike Olt to make a splash this spring.

We end our MLB team breakdowns tomorrow with the Washington Nationals and the Toronto Marlins Blue Jays.

THE ANSWER TO TODAY’S TRIVIA QUESTION:  LeBron James is well on his way to capturing his fourth MVP award in the last five years.  Two-part question today:

1 - Who is the only player other than LeBron to win in that span?
2 - Who was the last NBA player to capture three MVP’s in a row?

1 - Derrick Rose won the award in 2011.
2 - Larry Bird did it in 1984, 1985, and 1986. Before Bird, we have to go all the way back to 1966, 1967, and 1968 with Wilt Chamberlain and 1961, 1962, and 1963 to Bill Russell.

Make it 12 wins in a row for the Miami Heat, as they beat the Sacramento Kings in double overtime 141-129.  LeBron James scored 40 points and dished out 16 assists, while Dwyane Wade had 39 points in the tough win.  The twelve wins in a row is the second longest winning streak in team history.  After playing five games over the last seven days, the team will enjoy a well-deserved couple of days to recover before they return to action on Friday, again at the AAA, against the Memphis Grizzlies.  After the Friday night game, the Heat will hit the road for games on Sunday afternoon in New York against the Knicks, Monday night in Minneapolis against the Minnesota Timberwolves, and Wednesday in Orlando against the Magic.

TODAY’S TRIVIA QUESTION:  Last night’s Heat win, their 12th in a row, is the second longest winning streak in team history.  What’s the record?  Tell you later, alligator.

In the rest of the NBA yesterday,

Orlando 98 Philadelphia 84
Arron Affalo scored 16 points and distributed seven assists

Indiana 108 Golden State 97
David West scored 28 pints, Paul George added 21 points and 11 rebounds

Cleveland 101 Chicago 98
Dion Waiters scored 25 points for the Cavs, who were playing without Kyrie Irving, out with a hyperextended right knee

Brooklyn 101 New Orleans 97
Deron Williams led the way with 33 points, Brook Lopez had 20 points and seven rebounds

Milwaukee 95 Dallas 90
Monta Ellis had 22 points and nine assists.  Dirk Nowitzki tallied 21 points and 20 rebounds for Dallas in the loss.

Phoenix 84 Minnesota 83 (OT)
Marcin Gortat, Wesley Johnson, and Markieff Morris all scored 14 points

LA Clippers 106         Charlotte 84
Blake Griffin had 24 points, Matt Barnes added 17, and Caron Butler contributed with 16 points

In college hoops, the University of Miami Hurricanes take on the Virginia Tech Hokies tonight at the BankUnited center.  Game time is 7:00 pm.  A bad night yesterday for teams in the top ten, as #1 Indiana fell to unranked Minnesota, 77-73.  The #8 Florida Gators also lost last night, 64-58 against Tennessee.

The FIU Panthers return to the hardwood tomorrow night, in Louisiana-Monroe, against the Warhawks.

In college baseball, FIU lost to Texas Tech, 8-6 to split their two-game series.  Meanwhile, the University of Miami beat St. Thomas 5-4.  The Panthers, now 7-2 this season, welcomes Ole Miss to the FIU Baseball Stadium this weekend for a three-game series.  The Hurricanes will play Barry University this afternoon, and will have their first true test this season as they travel to Gainesville for a three game series against the Florida Gators.

In Major League exhibition baseball, the Marlins got home runs from the man-child, Giancarlo Stanton, Matt Downs, and a grand slam from Casey Kotchman to beat the Mets, 7-5.  Ricky Nolasco threw two scoreless innings.

Here are all the scores from yesterday’s spring training games.  You can “click” on the box scores and the recap under each individual game’s line score.

Marlins owner Jeffrey Loria continues to try and put a positive spin on his actions this offseason.  First, from ESPN.com, he says that he did not renege on his 2012 promises:

From the Palm Beach Post’s Joe Capozzi, Loria also says that the 2013 Marlins are not a AAA-level minor league team:

Here is Marlins owner Jeffrey Loria “Letter to our Fans” that was published in the three South Florida major newspapers last weekend.

I will have a reply to Mr. Loria’s letter, and I’ll share it with you in tomorrow’s blog.

In other baseball news, the Braves and the Nationals are the class of the NL East.  Here is Mark Bradley’s story in the Atlanta Journal-Constitution:

Remember Manny Ramirez?  He’s back......

I continue with my analysis of all 30 MLB teams as we hit spring training running.  Please allow me to introduce to you the St. Louis Cardinals and the Tampa Bay Rays.

ST. LOUIS CARDINALS 88-74  Mgr. Mike Matheny

After finishing one game short of a second consecutive trip to the World Series, the Cards’ biggest question is SS Rafael Furcal’s return from a torn ligament in his throwing elbow.  For some reason, the team (so far) has elected not to re-sign P Kyle Lohse, even after a 16-3 season.  They believe that young pitchers like Trevor Rosenthal and Shelby Miller are ready for the show.  Like every year, the Cardinals will be a team to contend with.

TAMPA BAY RAYS   90-72  Mgr. Joe Maddon

The Rays manage to win 90 games every year, even while playing in the best division in baseball.  Lots of changes this year on the Gulf coast, as the Rays said goodbye to starting pitchers James Shields, Wade Davis, OF BJ Upton, DH Carlos Peña, and relievers Burke Badenhop and JP Howell.  New faces in Tampa include 1B James Loney, SS Yunel Escobar, OF Shelley Duncan, P Jamey Wright and Roberto Hernandez, OF Wil Myers, and IF Kelly Johnson.  Joe Maddon is the best manager in the American League and will count on Cy Young winner David Price, Jeremy Hellickson, and Matt Moore to anchor the starting rotation.  Can closer Fernando Rodney repeat on his career best 48-save season?

Tomorrow’s contestants are the San Francisco Giants and the Texas Rangers.

THE ANSWER TO TODAY’S TRIVIA QUESTION:  Last night’s Heat win, their 12th in a row, is the second longest winning streak in team history?  What’s the record?

The Heat are two wins away from the franchise's longest winning stretch of 14, accomplished from Dec. 6, 2004 - Jan. 1, 2005.

After having the day off yesterday, the Miami Heat return to the hardwood tonight at the AAA, where they take on the Sacramento Kings.  Miami is riding high, enjoying an eleven-game winning streak, and they have a record of 24-3 here at home.  The Heat have also owned the fourth quarter, and they have come back to win 13 games when trailing in the closing stanza.  They will host the Memphis Grizzlies on Friday, before heading out on a road trip that will include a Sunday matinee in New York against the Knicks, a back to back affair in Minnesota against the T-Wolves on Monday, and a date with the Magic in Orlando on Wednesday.

In the NBA yesterday,

Washington 90 Toronto 84
The Wizards are getting better.  After beginning the season 0-12, they have won 7 out of their last 9 games, and 14 out of 23 overall.
Atlanta 114 Detroit 103
Al Horford scored 23 points and had 22 rebounds

Denver 119 LA Lakers 108
Ty Lawson netted 22 points and dished out 8 assists, Wilson Chandler scored 23 points.

Boston 110 Utah 107 (OT)
Paul Pierce led the way with 26 points, 8 assists, and seven rebounds.

In college hoops, the University of Miami Hurricanes fell three spots in the national rankings to #5 after losing against Wake Forest on Saturday.  Indiana remained on top of the poll, followed by Gonzaga at #2, Duke at #3, Michigan #4, and Miami.  The top ten included #6 Kansas, #7 Georgetown, #8 Florida, #9 Michigan State, and #10 Louisville.  The Canes return to action tomorrow night against Virginia Tech here at the BankUnited Center, before heading up to Duke to take on the Blue Devils on Saturday.

The FIU Panthers return to the hardwood on Thursday, in Louisiana-Monroe, against the Warhawks.

In college baseball, FIU had a rare Monday night game yesterday, taking on Texas Tech.  The Panthers improved to 7-1 this season with a 9-7 win over the Red Raiders.  The two teams will square off again this afternoon at 3:00 pm at the FIU baseball stadium.  Miami, meanwhile, is keeping it local with games tonight against St. Thomas, and tomorrow against Barry.  Miami has to travel this weekend to Gainsville to play the Gators, while FIU welcomes Ole Miss this Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.

In the NCAA investigation that won’t go away, the NCAA formally accused former UM assistant Clint Hurtt of multiple infractions, including unethical conduct.

In Major League baseball, BJ Upton and Jayson Heyward connected long distance as the Atlanta Braves beat the Marlins 7-6 in exhibition play yesterday.

Here are all the scores from yesterday’s spring training games.  You can “click” on the box scores and the recap under each individual game’s line score.

Yesterday, I shared an article from Ben Lindbergh on ESPN.com, listing 10 players who project to be better in 2013 than they were in 2012.  Today, he brings us his list of ten players who project to be worse this season than in 2012.

There has been talk around MLB to increase the penalties for violating MLB’s drug program.  Here’s the story from ESPN.com:

TODAY’S TRIVIA QUESTION:  Who was the first MLB player suspended for steroids?  Tell you later, alligator.

I continue with my analysis of all 30 MLB teams as we hit spring training running.  Please allow me to introduce to you the San Diego Padres and the Seattle Mariners.

SAN DIEGO PADRES    76-86  Mgr. Bud Black

A quiet offseason for the Padres where, unfortunately, the biggest news they got was the 50-game suspension leveled on C Yasmani Grandal for a positive testosterone test.  Their hard throwing RHP Andrew Cashner suffered a cut tendon while hunting in the offseason, and will probably open the season on the DL.  They re-signed P Jason Marquis, and added pitchers Tyson Ross, Freddy Garcia, and Faustino de los Santos.  The new ownership group is not spending any money, after buying the club for $800 million.  The quiet offseason will more than likely be followed by a very uneventful regular season.

SEATTLE MARINERS   75-87  Mgr. Eric Wedge

Lots of trades in the Pacific Northwest.  The M’s were desperate for offense, so they added OF Michael Morse, 1B/DH Kendrys Morales, OF/DH Raul Ibañez, OF Jason Bay, C Kelly Shoppach, and IF Robert Andino.  They were able to sign an extension with Felix Hernandez, but there are lingering questions about his health.  This team should be better, but they play in the AL West.

Tomorrow’s contestants are the St. Louis Cardinals and the Tampa Bay Rays.

Here is Marlins owner Jeffrey Loria “Letter to our Fans” that was published in the three South Florida major newspapers.

The Marlins owner sat down with some members of the media yesterday, and talked about how he didn’t break up the 1927 Yankees.

I will have a reply to Mr. Loria’s letter, and I’ll share it with you before the end of the week.

THE ANSWER TO TODAY’S TRIVIA QUESTION:  Who was the first MLB player suspended for steroids?

No, it was not Jeffrey Loria.  It was one of our own, local product Alex Sanchez, who was suspended for ten games in April of 2005.    The Cuban-born Sanchez played locally at Miami-Dade College and played with the Milwaukee Brewers, Detroit Tigers, Tampa Bay Rays, and San Francisco Giants in the Majors.

The Miami Heat extended their current winning streak to 11 games over the weekend, beating the Philadelphia 76ers on Saturday, 114-90.  LeBron James had a triple double, 16 points, 11 assists, and 10 rebounds while Dwyane Wade handled the scoring load with 33 points.  On Sunday, not as easy, as Miami blew a 22-point lead and were trailing by eight with 5:16 seconds in the game against the Cleveland Cavaliers.  D-Wade scored 11 of his 24 points in those final five minutes, and the Heat came out on top, 109-105.  LeBron finished with 28 point to lead Miami.  The Heat are the first team in the East to reach 40 victories this season, and are sitting atop the Eastern Conference with a 40-14 mark.  Miami will return to the hardwood tomorrow night, again at the AAA, to take on the Sacramento Kings.  They will host the Memphis Grizzlies on Friday, and then travel to New York for a Sunday afternoon encounter with the New York Knicks.

In the rest of the NBA yesterday,

LA Lakers 103 Dallas 99
Kobe Bryant poured in a game-high 38 points, Steve Nash added 20 points.  Bryant became the youngest player in NBA history to reach 31,000 points in his career.

Golden State 100 Minnesota 99
Jarrett Jack had 23 points and 8 assists, David Lee finished with 22 points and 13 rebounds.

New Orleans 110 Sacramento 95
Anthony Davis scored 20 points and collected 8 rebounds.  Eric Gordon and Ryan Anderson had 17 points apiece.

Memphis 76 Brooklyn 72
Zach Randolph finished with 16 points and 14 rebounds, Marc Gason had 14 points, 7 rebounds, 5 assists, and blocked four shots.  The Grizzlies have won seven games in a row.

New York 99 Philadelphia 93
Carmelo Anthony led the way with 29 points, Amare Stoudemire added 22 in the win.

San Antonio 97 Phoenix 87
The Spurs continue to dominate, even though they were playing without Tony Parker.  Six Spurs players were in double figures yesterday, as San Antonio completed their “Rodeo” 9-game road trip, winning 7 out of 9.  The Spurs have the best record in the NBA, 45-13.

Portland 92 Boston 86
Wesley Matthews scored 24 points, Nicholas Batum and LaMarcus Aldridge scored 18and 16 points, respectively.

Oklahoma City 102 Chicago 72
Russell Westbrook had 23 points, Kevin Durant registered 19.  Chicago shot a season-low 29% from the floor and the Bulls have now lost 6 out of their last nine.

TONIGHT IN THE NBA:

Washington @ Toronto 7:00 pm
Atlanta @ Detroit 7:30 pm
LA Lakers @ Denver 9:00 pm
Boston @ Utah 9:00 pm    NBA-TV

In college hoops, the University of Miami Hurricanes lost their first game in ACC play this season, falling to Wake Forest on Saturday, 80-65.  Road games in ACC play are never easy.  The Canes lost their first game since Christmas, and will return to action on Wednesday against Virginia Tech here at the BankUnited Center.

The FIU Panthers return to the hardwood on Thursday, in Louisiana-Monroe, against the Warhawks.

In college baseball, both local universities swept their weekend series.  Miami swept their 3-game series against Wisconsin-Milwaukee, and FIU also used their brooms against Manhattan.

TODAY’S TRIVIA QUESTION:  Not a sports question today.  What movie won the Best Picture award in last night’s Oscars?  Tell you later, alligator.

The Miami Dolphins and the rest of the teams in the NFL are attending the NFL combine in Indianapolis, where they are getting a real close look at the players that will be available for the NFL draft in April.  The Dolphins have five picks in the first three rounds, and general manager Jeff Ireland will be under pressure to make them count.  Yesterday, for example, the wide receivers had a chance to show off in front of all the scouts, and a couple of them threatened Chris Johnson’s combine record of a 4.24 time in the 40-yard dash.  Tavin Austin from West Virginia ran the 40 in 4.27, while Marquise Goodwin from Texas posted a 4.34.  The top-rated wide receiver in the draft, Cordarelle Patterson, ran a 4.42, the sixth fastest time of the day.  Many mock drafts have the Dolphins taking him with the 12th selection in the first round, but his stock may be rising.  I still see the Dolphins going after a free agent receiver, either Mike Wallace of the Steelers, or Greg Jennings of the Packers.  As I have been saying since the end of the season, the Miami Dolphins can make the playoffs next season, with a strong draft and smart spending in the free agent market, where they have plenty of $$$ available under the salary cap.  The Dolphins lost four games last season, by less than 6 points, including two overtime losses in games they had multiple chances to win.  Playoffs in 2013.

ESPN.com’s Bill Williamson talks about some of the top prospects in the draft, including QB Geno Smith from West Virginia.

In news around the Major League Baseball, the Yankees lost OF Curtis Granderson at least until the middle of May after he suffered a broken forearm after being hit with a pitch on Sunday.

Here’s a good article from Ben Lindbergh on ESPN.com, listing the 10 players who project to be better in 2013 than they were in 2012.

Ryan Braun homered in his first exhibition game at bat yesterday.  Here are all the scores from yesterday’s spring training games.  You can “click” on the box scores or recap under each individual game’s line score.

I continue with my analysis of all 30 MLB teams as we hit spring training running.  Today’s oscar nominees are the Pittsburgh Pirates and the Oakland Athletics.

PITTSBURGH PIRATES    79-83  Mgr. CLint Hurdle

The Pirates almost ended a 20-year streak of ending with a sub-500 record last year, but fell apart at the end.  They were aggressive in the off season, signing Russell Martin, pitchers Jeanmar Gomez, Mark Melancon, Jonathan Sanchez, and Vin Mazzaro.  Their starting staff was very good last year, led by AJ Burnett, who won 16 games last year.  They will also have a new closer this year, Jason Grilli, who replaces Joel Hanrahan.  OF Andrew McCutchen is the leader on the field for the Pirates, and he needs to continue to improve.  Is this the year they finish over .500?

OAKLAND ATHLETICS   94-68  Mgr. Bob Melvin

After winning the AL West last season, the question is, Can the A’s repeat?  They came out of nowhere last season to overtake the Texas Rangers and the Los Angeles Angels.  The A’s add OF Chris Young, SS Horoyuli Nakajima, C John Jaso, Inf Jed Lowrie, and P Fernando Rodriguez. Gone are P Brandon McCarthy, SS Stephen Drew, and OF Jonny Gomes, among others.  Can the bullpen match last season’s success?  Will starting pitchers Brett Anderson and Bartolo Colon return healthy and clean. respectively?  Will OF Yoenis Cespedes prove to be the real deal in his second MLB season?  It’ll be a lot tougher this year for the A’s in the AL West.

Marlins owner Jeffrey Loria wrote a “Letter to our Fans” that was published in the three South Florida major newspapers.  After you read it, please feel free to comment with your thoughts.

Mr. Loria vows better communication with fans.  Here’s the story from Joe Frisaro from MLB.com

THE ANSWER TO TODAY’S TRIVIA QUESTION:  Not a sports question today.  What movie won the Best Picture award in last night’s Oscars?

The Oscar goes to “Argo”, the true story of the life-or-death covert operation to rescue six Americans, which unfolded behind the scenes of the Iran hostage crisis.  Ben Affleck directed and starred in the movie.  The winner wasn’t Jeffrey Loria’s “Letter to our Fans”.

The 9:25 am segment on Radio Esperanza is brought to you by the fine folks at La Lechonera Products.  The inventors of the original mojo criollo way back in 1970, also offer the BEST naranja agria (sour orange marinade) product on the market, along with the latest additions to the family - the SALSA PICANTE (hot sauces, both HOT and EXTRA HOT), SALSA DE ALITAS (Buffalo Wings Sauce) and the truly incredible SALSA PICANTE con AJO (Garlic Pepper Sauce - Sriracha).  Look for all the La Lechonera products at Publix, Winn Dixie, Sedano’s, Presidente, and GFS.  If they don’t have it where you shop, ask nicely the first time, then use whatever means necessary to make sure they start offering the complete line of products.  Go to www.lalechoneraproducts.com and LIKE them on Facebook.  Check out some great recipes!
