The Miami Dolphins are in Charlotte, NC to take on the Carolina Panthers in their second preseason game. As of this morning, the team has not made an official announcement as to who the starting quarterback will be tonight, but I am told that rookie first-round draft pick Ryan Tannehill will get his first shot as a starter. Game time tonight is 8pm, and Channel 4 will carry the game live here in South Florida.
